when ayah is not around......;)

When ayah@my dearest husband is not around,mummy will usually freak out quietly..in her head..trying to figure out activities to do with her two active munchkins..I know I only have 2 right now,but.....very handful ya.I have to plan out what to do with them so that they don't get bored and their activities will actually benefit them,hands and eye coordination,and all that sort of thing la..

So... I decided to bake with them..yippie.We made plain cookies,(trial and error basis)I didn't make a lot of them so I made a very small batch of "doh".It turned out well and we had loads of fun..and mummy was very,very happy to see the excitement in their faces.Marissa even called me >teacher.hahaha...love u baby!Enjoy the pics people,we might have another baking session before ayah comes back from his trip :)..we miss u ayah!
p/s:marissa wants to bake these to sell them at our next bazaar event next weekend,whaddya think?

My princess turns 5

Alhamdulillah,thank you Allah SWT for blessing me and my husband with wonderful children.We had a small birthday celebration for my baby,princess Marissa on Sunday 21/2/10 at KFC KD Giant.She turned 5 on the 18Th Feb.We had a blast  and I felt so blessed surrounded by loved ones, family and close friends.Thank you all for making it a wonderful event.On behalf of Shahrom and myself,I'd like to thank all of you for coming..with all the beautiful gifts,thank you*hugs*Thank you KFC for organizing a great fun-filled party.If you guys want to make a birthday party for your cute kiddos..call KFC at 1 300 88 66 33.They're great.

We went out few days back...yesss we love going out ....family outing.Went to IKANO and IKEA.Marissa went to the play land,muaz were not allowed to join his sister,not 3  yet,sorry abang,next year darling.

Bought Marissa a charm bracelet..she loved it.The beads where you bought from all those small kiosks,u get to choose your own charms and get them to tie it up for you.Marissa went home happy :)The next day as I was busy cooking,she made her own bracelet.She asked for strings from me,which I didn't have any..so...what happened was,she took some rubber bands,and added the beads I bought for her not so long ago.I was impressed,touched and so proud of her...proud of you baby!!!Mummy love you!!Now,I'm going to encourage her even more on crafting project or anything that she sets her heart on.(muaz wants to bake and fix cars )

Today Marissa tied up her shoelaces in a perfect knot!!!!On her own!!!!without me looking!!!without help from her ayah!!!yeah!!!!!good job baby!!!!

Tonight before she went to bed,she told me..."mummy...we have blood in our body.Our heart pumps the blood throughout our body so that we can live.If our heart stops pumping..we will die..."

Errrr...yup,that's my 4 year old talking...uh..does all 4 year olds speaks like that nowadays??I dunno..she doesn't go to kindergarten,we hardly watch national geo...hmmm...maybe Playhouse disney channels told her all this..way to go PHD!!!I'm proud of you baby...my clever little princess(overnye mummy)...Alhamdulillah...thank you Allah for this precious gift :)
